On my 1040 Wks on line 21, it shows that Form 8889 Health Savings Accounts is considered Other Income. However when I look at my 2017 1040 Wks, it's not on there.

Did you spend all of your distributions on medical expenses?  

If so, you should revisit the 1099-SA, HSA section of TurboTax and go through the questions again, making sure that you complete the entire section.  After you enter your distribution information, there should be more follow up questions.  Make sure you complete these questions regarding HDHP coverage and indicate that you used the distributions for medical expenses.
