On Form 2555, I did not travel on business and should put zero for 18e. TurboTax will not allow this. How to proceed?

Putting zero for 18e if not travelling on business follows the instructions for form 2555 and was the top answer for a previous question. TurboTax will not accept zero or blank for this field and states a minimum value is 1. I believe the field has been programmed in error on TurboTax. If I cannot change this field I would like to cancel my order.
