On business expenses wear can I put the deducitions for credit card fees from square and paypal?

You can deduct credit card processing fees as a business expense under Miscellaneous Expenses.

Go to Business Expenses > Other Common Business Expenses > Other Miscellaneous expenses (see attached screenshot).
