I believe that I can get a tax credit for installing a 16 SEER HVAC unit (actually 2 of them) in 2021, but I cannot find that in TurboTax.

Yes, but this one:
"A central air conditioner that achieves the highest efficiency tier that has been established by the CEE as in effect on January 1, 2009."
Is not listed as an option in TurboTax.
