For an RV.... I pay insurance to an RV insurance company in case I wreck my RV. Is that tax deductible as Mortage Insurance Premiums? And for a Extended Warranty, too.

No. RV insurance is not deductible as mortgage insurance or as anything else.. Extended warranties are not deductible.
