My State tax refund check gets void before i can charge it. What can i do?

i am not in USA and i have the state and the federal tax refund check. The state check gets void after 6 months. i wont be able to charge it to my account at time, so it is going to get void. what can i do?

If you are not using a local bank to deposit the check, then you should be able to just mail the refund check to your US bank with a deposit slip.  Or contact your US bank on how to proceed to deposit the refund check.

Contact the state and ask them the process for getting a replacement check.
