My mortgage interest is with same CU and they are listed for 'review', but they do not come up, why?

And when I put in search bar they still don't come up, why?

To get back to your 1098 entry for Mortgage Interest, type '1098' in the Search bar and click on 'Jump to 1098'.

You should see a Summary screen where you can Edit your entry (or add another entry).
