My father died Jan 2019, home was in a living trust with sister, house left to me and sister. Home still in fathers name. not sure if answer to Own a home is yes or no?

Answer yes if you pay a mortgage on the property ... otherwise say no.

And technically the trust still owns the home until it is retitled ... you need to get that taken care of and if the trust had income then a trust return may also need to be completed.  Seek local professional assistance with these matters.
