My dad passed Nov '23. Estate probated Jan '24. I have completed his estate. Received documents with Estate EIN & SSN. Do I have to file 2 tax returns?

Your father owes a final tax return for 2023 for the income that he received prior to his death.  You should file that if you have not already.

For 2024 if there are any documents reporting income that you receive with your father's social security number on them you can just include them on the estate tax return.
