Multiple retirement accounts

I and my wife have multiple retirement accounts with Fidelity. Turbotax will not let me download from another account once I enter in the information from one of the accounts. How do I do this?

I just moved to Canada, I am a permanent resident, I also am retired and collect social security which gets deposited in my I S bank account what do I need for my taxes
