That program has had issues lately that are being worked on ... so since the IRS will not start processing any returns until 1/27 at the earliest you can come back in a couple of days to see if this has been fixed.

ItsDeductible unavailable for import in TurboTax Online

Turbotax will not populate California Schedule 540 line 20 with tax preparation fees. Per the FTB's instructions for this line, these fees are deductible (on line 20)
