Medical Insurance Premiums (not self-employedP

Where do I enter medical insurance premiums so that they are deductible?  I am NOT self-employed.  I paid the premiums directly to Blue Shield - but it was a plan that I purchased myself via the marketplace.  I am retired so paid the amount out of pocket.  I'm using TurboTax desktop and went into the medical expense section but am finding the page "How much did you spend on insurance premiums?" confusing.

The wording says tell us about premiums you paid out-of pocket (which is what I did) but then says "don't include premiums  for an Affordable Care Act Plan or health insurance if you got a form 1095-a).  I got a 1095-A, but I paid the premiums directly to Blue Shield.   based on google searches, I believe my premiums should be deductible but if I don't enter them on this screen (under deductions and credits -> Medical), then where do I enter them to get a deduction?  Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

Since you paid the premiums they are a medical expense deduction but only if you itemize. You can only deduct an amount of total medical expenses greater than 7.5 percent of your AGI.
