TurboTax is subtracting my 1099-SA amount (example $2550) from the value I am entering into field "Medical insurance premiums" even though I am not using health savings account to pay for my premiums. I entered $3960 and it reported $1410 in summary. TurboTax should not be subtracting this value!!! It should identify is HSA money used for premium before subtracting! I don't know how to file taxes with this problem!

Turbo-Tax program is okay. I discovered/realized the that although I received a 1099-SA showing costs spent, I still had to enter the medical items (doctors, surgeries expenses) in the 'Medical Expenses'. I just assumed that checking "1099-SA used for medical only" during 1099-SA entry, I didn't have to add items in "Medical Expenses". After entering the items, the calculations were correct. - OOPS! Just needed a look back to realize my mistake!
