Are you going through the medical expenses interview? If you search for medical expenses and use the Jump to medical expenses link, you will be taken to those questions. They start with the prescription expense, then medical professionals expense, then medical facilities, etc.
I see you are using the desktop software. Sometimes (if you transferred in a previous year's tax return), a $0 gets stuck on line items that had supporting detail information attached and you can't edit it. You can into Forms mode and erase that detail (directions in 2nd link) to get this year's expenses reported or fix it from the interview mode (1st link below). I am not sure if this is causing your problem, but I am going to leave links below with solutions that will fix that if it is in fact your issue.
