medical deduction for partially self-employed

I have two jobs. My primary job is working for a company with no benefits. My second job my own, self-employed. Can I claim medical deductions since I receive nothing from my employer?

I assume that by “medical deductions “ you mean medical insurance premiums. It is important that although you are not covered by your employer’s health plan, that you are not eligible for it. If you are eligible, even though you did not take it, you cannot deduct your plan premiums from your self employment income. Otherwise, you can.
