Why am I being asked in "Personal" about occupation expenses (mileage, repairs, home office) when I already covered those for self-employment in the "Business" portion?

I already claimed my vehicle used for business, mileage, communications costs, software, etc., in the "Business" portion of TurboTax, so I don't know why it's asking me more of the same questions in the "Personal" section.  I am worried about accidentally double-dipping.

Those similar kinds of questions in the 'Personal' side are for employee business expenses.  This would be for expenses you had to pay as an employee receiving a W-2 for which your employer did not reimburse you.

If you have entered your expenses as part of your self-employed business income and expenses, you do not need to go through it again in the 'Personal' section of your return.

Additionally, starting in 2018 through 2025, employee business expenses are not deductible except for in certain state returns due to the tax reform changes.

Many thanks!  I had a feeling it was not meant to be the same as the self-employment expenses/deductions.  I appreciate your help.
