M1PR asks for "improvements excluded" from Property Tax Statement. Where do I find that value?

Many statements don't even have a line for that, or possibly could lump it in with "other exclusion".  But look in the upper-right hand corner of your paper Property Tax Statement, under "Step 1".  IF your home has such an exclusion, it would be listed there.  But from what I've seen, that is pretty unusual.
