I am using INTUIT Desktop. I have put in all my charitable data (cash, items, mileage, etc.). Then when I'm finished and hit "done," it prompts by asking, "Should We Include These Deductions in Your Return for 2025?" It is showing 2024 charities with no data (or zeros for contribution amounts) that I have NOT donated to in 2025. When I select one or more of them to say "NO" they should not be included in 2025, immediately my Federal Refund amount drops dramatically on the screen and data then is deleted from other charities not associated with the list I'm being asked about. Is this technical issue being experienced by anyone else? Any way to keep it from deleting my entries for 2025? HELP!!!! I am so upset that with the year almost up ... they remove It's Deductible. Now this??!!! Please help me.

I just entered 50 items into intuit 2025 desktop, and they all dissapeared after all the effort.
Why can't Intuit just allow import from an excel sheet or pdf for your deductions?
This single entry process is a complete waste of time, and makes turbotax a product to avoid.
I'm so dissapointed.
I entered a large number of charitable items and went to resolve mailing addresses for those charities that did not have them. When I came back, all my work disappeared. Cash and mileage was fine but all the items were zeroed out.
I posted a similar issue and received this response:
Unfortunately, that's a newly-discovered software bug....
(at least I happened upon it for the first time yesterday from another user's post..& tested to see it's happening in both the "Online" software, and the "desktop" software)
If you enter some 'item" donations....then delete some charity you are not using this year, then ALL "item" donations disappear.
The only Workaround I can see, is to make sure you delete all charities you aren't using this year, then enter your "items" .
Same issue here, keep entering items and stock, get deleted
cash is fine
when will this get fixed?
Mine, too! :(
It's so frustrating!
