litigation expenses and court costs

I am an attorney, representing myself along with contingency counsel, in an employment discrimination matter. I have enormous court costs and significant office supply expenses. Where do I deduct these on my tax return?

If this is being done thru your business then all the costs are deducted on that tax return ... if you do not have a bookkeeping system in place and do not know how to keep the books or file a return then please seek local professional assistance to get educated on these issues.
