In the "Gifts to Charity" section, what does the "Limited" mean here? Does it mean I have some charity donation deduction that can be carried over to the next year? Thanks.

That's Schedule A that you are looking at, not Form 1040. The IRS instructions for Schedule A say "If your deduction is limited, you may have a carryover to next year." It refers you to Publication 526 for more information. See "Carryovers" on page 19 of Publication 526.
