ItsDeductible Not Importing

I entered by donations into ItsDeductible but when I began my taxes this year, I was not prompted to import them over. I tried following the normal steps listed but it is not working. Both accounts are clearly linked. Please help!

Last week, one of the Champs reported it was an issue they were working on.

No particular rush since the IRS isn't starting to process files until the week of 29 January......and they do NOT process on a first-in-first-out basis.

Try again the end of each week  (they usually update software on Wed or Thurs nights, so Friday is a good day to check).

Is this still an issue?  I am not able to get the ItsDeductible data into TurboTax after entering all if the donation info.  Using Windows Desktop Deluxe version of TurboTax.  How can I get the info I entered into ItsDeductible into TurboTax?

Got it imported via menu.  Thanks!  Not intuitive when in deductions section.

Ha!  I only work using the menu i.e. (I'll choose what I work on)

...I always avoid the Guided interview entirely....far, far too many things you can miss entirely if you go down the "Guide Me" route.

I also just tried importing my information calculated in Its Deductible and it said the import was a success, yet nothing shows up.

Sign In to your It's Deductible Account (should be same Sign as TT if you're using TurboTax Online).

Verify that your donations are showing for 2024 (sometimes folks enter them in the wrong year).

If so, close TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies and re-open the program.

On the Deductions & Credits page, scroll all the way down and click the down arrow to show more, and choose Charitable Donations > Import from It's Deductible.

I cannot get Its Deductible to import to my Turbo Tax Deluxe 2024 on my macbook.  I keep getting error message: "This import was unsuccessful.  Select Skip Import and we'll help you enter it manually so you can keep working on your taxes."

Please help!

I seem to recall, that one year in the distant past....folks got it to import if they opened ItsDeductible in another browser tab, before attempting to import the charity data from the tax software.

Might work well for those using "Online" software,

...but not sure it would help those using Desktop software...ehhhhhh, worth a try.
