I contacted TurboTax Customer Service last week regarding Case #1543605895 concerning an issue with It's Deductible not importing my 8 separate item donations, along with monetary and other donations. I meticulously entered these records throughout 2024, and TurboTax Deluxe for 2024 tax filing will not allow me to import them. When I attempt to update and import, I receive an error stating: "The import was unsuccessful."
During my initial call, I was assured that someone from Customer Service would contact me via email with a resolution. However, I never received any follow-up. Instead, my son received an email stating that my case was closed and asking him to complete a survey. Despite providing my correct email address three times—confirmed and read back by the agent—the response was never sent to me. Additionally, my survey response noting the lack of resolution has gone unanswered.
I still have no solution to this issue and need assistance as soon as possible to avoid re-entering all my donation records manually. Please address this matter promptly and provide a resolution.

I have also entered them in Its Deductible but don't even see the import option. I tried to re-enter in Turbo Tax Premium and when I hit save, lost them all. Anyone find an option to make the import work?

From the Left side menu select Tax Tools choose "Tools"
pop up screen "Tools Center"
select "Topic List"
Your Deductions & Credits
"Tax Breaks"
scroll down to "Import ItsDeductible Online".
