Using TT online premier, no link appears to Import charitable contributions from Its Deductible.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
To enter charitable donations -
Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Charitable Donations
On Import from ItsDeductible Online, click on the start or update button
Or enter charitable donation in the Search box located in the upper right of the online program screen. Click on Jump to charitable donation
As I initially wrote, the "Import from ItsDeductible Online" does not appear in TT Online Premier. So your instructions don't work.
Since you are using LIVE, ask your expert.
I don't know how many times I have to repeat the same thing over and over. The Import from ItsDeductible Online DOES NOT APPEAR!
So you are not seeing the same screen as I posted when using the TurboTax Premium online edition after you open the Charitable Donations section?

Then you need to contact TurboTax support or your Tax Expert when using the online Live editions for assistance. The screen I posted should be available on All TurboTax online editions, except the Free edition.

The Live Expert, after much effort, fixed it. It never appeared under Charitable Donations, so we ended up clicking on Other Tax Breaks and then it appeared there and I was able to import. He said: "From my research - there was a point of time I guess TT was considering discontinuing the service - but after much warranted feedback it has been retained - this could be the reasoning behind it being listed in a different section of the prompts, from what you might of previously were familiar with."
