My W-2 box 12 does not have a "W" - Form 8889-T appears. Clicking "Delete form" from Form menu does not delete form - form reappears as an error.
If there is no Code W on your W-2 and Form 8889 is appearing, try going to Federal > Wages & Income > Less Common Income > 1099-SA, HSA, MSA and click Start/Revisit. Make sure that neither you nor your spouse have HSA or MSA selected. If you do have something selected, click none of the above and confirm that you did not have a high deductible health plan at the end of 2020.
After doing that, if the form is still there, try deleting it again.
