How to report foreign life insurance on TurboTax? I have the deluxe version, and am only holding a foreign life insurance policy but not receiving any income from it.

No income - no need to report anything

Isn't it required to report even if no income from life insurance policy if the guaranteed surrender value and balance of other accounts combined, exceed $10,000.
