Is the tax paid on a spa (hot tub) tax deductable?

You can deduct sales tax on the hot tub purchase. It will be compared to your state income tax withheld; whichever amount is larger is the one that will be used on your tax return as a deduction. Here is data entry for sales tax:

3. Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid, select Sales Tax
