I DONATED OVER A HUNDRED HOURS OF MY TIME DOING SET BUILDING/CONSTRUCTION TO A NON-PROFIT. CAN I WRITE THAT OFF?

No. Sorry. Your time, talent or expertise are not deductible. If you incurred any expenses such as mileage or supplies in the course of doing the volunteer work those can be deducted.
