Unfortunately...this year, if your Online tax account UserID is not exactly the same as your ItsDeductible UserID, then you cannot import that data. (If you were using desktop software, it wouldn't make a difference)
Options:
1) wait until 4 March and see if the 3 March update changes that. There is a major Software update on 3 March (not sure what time) that is intended to fix another major charity software issue....maybe they'll include the "other" login with that update...a big "maybe" though...I'd give it a 15% chance.
2) Log into ItsDeductible using your Tax account UserID and enter your 2016 donations there before importing.
3) enter your donations directly in the software...but if you do, then wait until this weekend to do so because "items" donated a are a nightmare to enter.....supposed to be fixed on 3 March.
we'll see..
Did this ever get fixed? I am having the same problem (data entered using a different user ID on ItsDeductible and TurboTax cannot find it).
