If you only made contributions to your HSA through your employer via payroll deductions, then entering your W-2 with its box 12 code of W is all you need to enter.
If you took distributions from your HSA and have not received a 1099-SA, then contact the custodian for the form. If you had no distributions, then you will not receive a 1099-SA.
See below.
Form 5498-SA - You would receive this form if you made
contributions (employee and employer) to your HSA account. You won't enter
this form in TurboTax. Keep for your records.
Form 1099-SA - You would receive this form if you used HSA funds to pay for qualified medical expenses. It reports disbursements from the fund. You will need to enter this form.
