If you bought/paid off a car this year, is there a place you should be putting this into your tax forms?

If you purchased a car this year you may be able to claim the sales tax deduction, however if you paid off a loan for a financed vehicle this year there is no need to enter that onto your taxes.

To enter the sales tax deduction:

1. Go to the search bar in the top right and enter "Sales Tax Deduction"

2. Select "Jump to Sales Tax Deduction"

3. Select "Continue" then choose how you would like to enter your information
