If you are paying property taxes on your RCI ownership (or Vacation club ownership), you can claim those payments as a deduction on your tax return.
If you rent out the timeshare, you would deduct the taxes as a rental property expense on Schedule E (Business > Business Income and Expenses > Rental Properties and Royalties).
If you do not rent out the timeshare, you would deduct the taxes as Property Taxes (Personal > Deductions and Credits > Your Home)
