If the installation has been completed, you can claim the credit on your 2018 tax return.

No, our power company does not offer rebates.

If the installation has been completed, you can claim the credit on your 2018 tax return.

What if the system is operational but the last installment is not paid until 2019?

You cannot claim costs on your 2018 tax return that are not paid in 2018 or earlier.
