Foreign earned income

My wife and I moved to Europe, late 2015. My wife however still works for a American university as an online teacher and gets paid into an American bank account.
I was told to consider her income as a foreign earned income, however now I am stuck at form 2555-s which I don't seem to be able to get to. Any help would be appreciated!

I wouldn't consider it foreign income, since it is a American job, paid into an American account.
