I upgraded to TT Premier per the advice of a TT expert in order to be able to enter and correctly label a land sale. But I don't see a "land" option.

The land option is there. To find this in TurboTax, follow these steps:

• Inside TurboTax, enter investment sales in the search box
• Select the Jump to link in the search results and follow the prompts:
  1. You may need to scroll to the lower left and select Add More Sales if you already have information in this section.
  2. At OK, what type of investments did you sell? select Other (land, second homes, personal items) and Continue.
  3. Give the land sale a name at Tell us more about this sale and Continue.
  4. At Now we’ll walk you through entering your sale details, select the type of land sale under the first dropdown menu box What type of investment did you sell? and complete the rest of the interview.
