Make sure you didn't enter your contributions twice. A common error that usually results in excess contributions is if you, on the Let's enter your HSA contributions screen, accidentally duplicated the amounts already reported in the first line, contributions from Box 12 code W of your W-2.
On your W-2, the Box 12 code W amount includes both the employer and employee pre-tax contributions, including incentives. If you contributed to your HSA only through payroll deductions, do not enter them anywhere else in TurboTax.
If you think you may have made this error, revisit the section to edit.

You explain well about the second entry and offer the adivse to edit the form but TurboTax does not allow you to delete the second entry. I have tried for over an hour to figure out how to delete this information and have come to the conclusion that my taxes will not be prepared correctly. Any help on this today would be appreciated.
Please see the steps below on how to delete the Form 1099-SA :
You may need to delete the W-2 that shows the HSA (box 12, code w) if you are not able to fix the error.
TurboTax Online or CD/Download:
Once you delete the Forms, clear Cache then log back into your TurboTax account and reenter the W-2.
