I received a 1099-s from title company that handled the sale of my primary residence, do I have to report this on my tax return?

Yes, you must report the sale of your main home on your tax return. Note that since this was your primary residence, you may be able to exclude up to $250,000 of the gain ($500,000 if you are filing jointly).

The TurboTax FAQ below provides more information, including how to report this sale in TurboTax.
