I need my 5695 form. They said today. I already paid. What is going on

We here don't really know  Supposedly sometime today 7 Feb

BUT

It's still 7 Feb until 1159PM tonight....and they could always decide the software for that isn't quite right yet and delay another week.  Yes....paper forms are on the IRS site, but the software's implementation is much more complex, and the IRS needs to approve the Software's implementation...that can add a week or two.

Come back tomorrow and check again
