First of all, miles between home and work are commuting miles and they are not deductible. 

However, you can deduct the miles when traveling between job sites.

To enter your miles in TurboTax online program, here are the steps:

1.  Sign into your account, select Take me to my return  

2.  At right upper corner, in search box, type in 2106, and Enter 

3.  Select Jump to 2106 and continue step-by-step instructions

4.  On the screen, Any Vehicle Expenses or Sales? follow prompts to enter info.
