I moved from California to Arizona for work but I'm not in the military. Can I deduct my moving expenses on my 140PY return?

No, since they have been eliminated for the federal return (with the small number of exceptions, such as military) moving expenses are not allowed on the Arizona return. 

"NOTE: Do not enter any amounts for items 1 through 8

above unless you deducted these items in computing your

federal adjusted gross income."
