I missed a $10k charitable deduction when I filed TurboTax Premier (Itemized Deductions) for 2024. Is there anything I can do?

After your return is processed and any refund paid, you can file an amended return to add the donation.  There's no particular reason this would trigger an audit over any other kind of change to your return.
