I marked Child tax credit. Should have marked Other Dependents. It won't take me to the place to change it. I keeps saying I don't qualify.

The software automatically gives you the child tax credit or credit for other dependents.   If your child was older than 16 or did not have a SSN, you can get the $500 credit for other dependents.   In order to get the child tax credit the child must have a SSN valid for employment and be younger than 17.
