As long as the name you are using is a valid charitable organization, then there is no reason it should not be accepting it. Might you be able to let me know the name you are trying to enter for acceptance?

Omit any special characters.  For example, don't type the apostrophe in St. Jude's.

I am having the same problem. I typed in Goodwill and clicked on 'ADD ITEMS' and it just cycles the page and asks me to enter the charity name in red. On the main page it seems to accept it as "untitled" but I can't add or change anything. It just won't accept the name at all.

So I just switched my browser from Safari to Chrome and it worked fine. Maybe switch your browser and give it a shot.
