Did you have an amount listed in box 10 of your W-2? If so, you must file Form 2441 to report those benefits to the IRS. If you did not, then you can use the steps below to remove the form.

To Delete Form 2441(Child and Dependent Care Credit):

1. Go to "My Account" in the top right corner

2. Select "Tools"

3. Under "Tools Center" select "Delete a Form"

4. Navigate to "Form 2441" and select "Delete" next to it

Another Way to Delete the Childcare Provider in TurboTax Online:

1. Go to "Federal Taxes" at the top of the screen

2. Select "Deductions & Credits"

3. Scroll down to "You and Your Family" and select "Show More"

4. Select "Revisit" next to "Child and Dependent Care Credit"

5. Select "No" to "Did you pay for child or dependent care in 2016?"

For more info on why you must file Form 2441 if there is an amount in box 10 of your W-2 visit this link:

Figured it out. I actually had to select "yes" and then sabotage all of the options so that TurboTax would determine that I didn't qualify for the credit and give up.
