I'm electing 1.263(a)-3(n) capitalization for real estate expenses. As non depreciable assets, how are these added to the property basis?

Thanks, so the answer to where is the election for 1.263(a)-3(n) is it's not in Home and Business.  I'm looking for something that's not there.

If you are looking in Forms Mode (as mentioned previously), you will find the statement.

No, the election for 1.263(a)-3(n) is not in Home and Business version.

Use Open Forms and search "elections" to get there.  Have to fill in description to get it to stay.  Shows as "Reg. 1.263(a)-n" instead of elections in forms list.
