You can use either the Deluxe or Premier online versions or any of the cd/Download versions.  They will all handle foreign income.

The Premier is good if you sold investments, received a K-1, own rental property, or refinanced your mortgage,

I prefer the cd/Download versions of TurboTax as you can view your forms while your prepare your return.  You cannot do this with the online versions.  All the cd/Download versions are the same, the only difference in the versions is the amount of assistance each one provides.
