I initially chose to take a home office deduction. I decided not to but I can't seem to reverse this decision. How can I do this?

Is your home office attached to your Schedule C or another activity? Just visit the activity that it is attached to and navigate to the business expenses section. You will be able to delete the entire home office from within the activitiy.
