I hold an O1A visa, and my wife has an O3 visa. In 2024, I earned income in the U.S., while my wife earned income outside the U.S. Should we file taxes as U.S. residents?

To clarify, were you in the US all of 2024?  If not, when did you arrive?

My family and I have been living in the US since 2018, initially on J visas and later on H visas. In 2024, I changed jobs and we have continued residing in the US holding O1A visa(myself) and O3 visas(my family members). Tax experts assisted me with filing in the past few years, but I am unable to find the information on whether we were filed as residents or non-residents.

Yes. If you and your family have  resided in the US continuously since 2018, you file as US residents.
