I have a fulltime job and part time job where I work 3 days a month, do I have to report that income if it was less than $3,000?

I made about 26k in my fulltime job with tax withheld. My parttime I made less than 3k and taxes were not withheld.

Yes, if you are required to file, you must report all your income. If it was reported on a Form W-2, just add it along with the W-2 from your main job.

If it was reported on Form 1099-Misc, you must report it on a Schedule C and pay the Social Security and Medicare taxes yourself. You will need to upgrade to the Self-Employed Edition if this is how it was reported.
