I have a $306.00 under payment penalty but I was in a disaster zone. Where do I get it waived on my taxes?

You need to complete a Form 2210, Underpayment of Estimated Tax By Farmers and Fishermen to reduce or eliminate the underpayment penalty.

Click on Federal Taxes

Click on Other Tax Situations

Under Additional Tax Payments

On Underpayment Penalties, click the start button
