No. You were claimed as a dependent on your parent's return. Dependents do not receive a stimulus check. And you say you just turned 18 at the end of 2019. Your dad can claim you, even if you filed a tax return.

A. Yes you both get no stimulus payment based for you. You don't get it because you are/can be claimed as a dependent. He doesn't get it because his dependent is over age 16. He still gets the $500 dependent credit (separate from "stimulus") on his tax return.
